The CORECHED is born by the three institutions Swiss Conference of Cantonal Ministers of Education (EDK), State Secretariat for Education and Research (SER) and Federal Office for Professional Education and Technology (OPET). The Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF), the Swiss Federal Office of Statistics (SFSO) and the Swiss Society for Research in Education (SSRE) are represented by advisory vote.
