CORECHED Prize
Première for the CORECHED Prize in Educational Research
In the late autumn of 2004, CORECHED has decided to award their prize for educational research to a research team directed by Peter Sieber (University of Zurich and PH Zurich) and comprising Andrea Bertschi-Kaufmann (Pädagogische Hochschule Aargau) and Wassilis Kassis (University of Basel), as well as Thomas Bachmann, Hansjakob Schneider and Christine Tresch. They receive this prize for their research into the influence of new media on learning and reading. The prize, which has been awarded for the first time, includes a cheque for 25,000 Swiss francs.
